I recently won a copy of “Falling to Pieces” I already read it.
Its a great book. you really can’t put it down.
One thing I liked about it was that every chapter would keep your attention. what I mean is that something happened in every chapter.
I can’t wait to get “A Perfect Square”!

How do I enter the give away contest?

    • vannettachapman February 22, 2012 at 1:26 pm Reply

Karen, give-aways are usually on Tuesday and on the main page of this blog. Click on the HOME button at the top, and watch for a give-away post. Since Zondervan is having a big give-away announcement March 2nd, I may not have another before then. Or I might become giddy and have one next Tuesday. It’s hard to decide! : )

I was wondering if any of your books are in large print? Also I love your story’s they are such great reading and I love to pass the to others to read.
God has really blessed you with the gift for writing.
    Thank you, Rhonda

    • vannettachapman March 14, 2012 at 7:20 pm Reply

Rhonda, both Falling to Pieces and A Perfect Square are available in large print.. You’ll probably want to ask your library to order them, as they are library bound books that are more expensive, but they are also large print. Thanks for asking. They can find them on the Zondervan, Amazon, or CBD.

Hi Maria. Thank you for entering the contest, and congratulations on your writing. Unfortunately there is no way I could read every book that my readers write … I’d suggest you join a good writers’ organization. Most of them have mentor program. A good place to start is

I googled “Amish and baseball” and the result was your February 2011 post about combining odd words in Google. I have been trying to find a agent or publisher for my novel, The Fastnacht League, about just that – the Amish and baseball. I laughed because I thought very few people would put them together and even though you get thousands of results very few really combine the two ideas. One of the ones that does is a great blog entry from a man who stumbled across a schoolyard game and observed the differenes in their play. In a few days, my website (listed below) will have my book trailer and I’d love to hear your comments. I’ll notify you when the video goes up. I might be sending this a bit too early but I was so surprised when I caught that post of yours from nearly 18 months ago, I just had to tell you right away!

I love your books. I just finished “A Simple Amish Christmas,” and loved it. Is this book stand alone or a series? I am hoping it is book one in a series.

  16. vannettachapman December 29, 2012 at 12:23 pm Reply

Barbara, the sequel to A Simple Amish Christmas will be out in October 2013. It’s titled The Christmas Quilt, and you can read about it at Thank you for asking!
